Is this a REAL STORE???
Here is the proof that YES! We are indeed a real store. We are aprox. 5000 sq ft showroom of several showcases of high-end fishing reels, rods, sporting good equipment, skateboarding supply, mini-choppers, hunting gear, camping supply, and more. We also have a local warehouse in Whitesboro TX, as well as warehouses in 7 states in the USA. We do not advertise all the companies we own, but we assure you that we are ligitimate company and might possibly own the brand of fishing reel you are using right now!
A little inside information.....
There is a VERY VERY low profit margin in fishing reels. Any dealer can honestly tell you this to be the truth. We sell these items just a couple of dollars over wholesale costs. We are not in any way getting "rich" off of these reels. If you find them for cheaper, I would question the ligitimacy of the item. We want to bring you these items for the lowest price we can possibly sell these items for, without losing money. We believe in respect and will always give you 100% respect as our customers. Please understand that order cancellations and theft cost us and we just do not make enough money to pay to process your credit card then pay to process a refund because a customer is impatient and want something "RIGHT NOW!"
A dream stolen.....
We do not tolerate people who manipulate policies. We love our customers and our intention of starting this business was to share our good connections in the fishing industry with the public and offer the same deals we get with our fellow fisherman. Unfortunately, some people just don't care... They would order several items, have us pick, pack , inspect and ship order, then call us to cancel becasue they found one of the items a dollar cheaper from a guy selling these items to you (probably in his underwear) on the phone, out of his garage without warranty. Well.... We have to pay 3.9% to accept your credit card, pay to ship, and then pay to intercept package, and then pay to refund a credit card 3.9%, while they don't care at all of our loss and their agreement and bond of the original sale. While we lose between 15.00 and 200.00 over this, some people just don't care because they want to get the one item one dollar cheaper.......Well....we are a nice Christian based business, but we just don't have the profit margin to deal with people like this. If you have intentions of performing this type of behavior....we urge you to buy your items elsewhere as our profit is WAY too small to deal with this. I think you can understand our position.
We have a good thing here for all fisherman, and make less than .5 cents per dollar spent! Please work WITH US, and lets fight this economy and keep prices low together!!
