FYI The fishing industry is a tough one, and to give our customers an insite on how things are the way they are, we would like to exlain the process of rebuilding and establishing a new powerful reputation of "Fishermen serving Fishermen", along side of doing this NOT for the money, but to do this for the FUN!!! There is little mark-up or profit to be made on fishing items and the only people making any money is the manufacturers as they usually pay China and bid on China made items to get THEIR logo put on it. This is frustrating to some, but should destroy the myth of "this brand is better than this brand cause it has THIS brands name on it" - well - Sorry to break the news of how the fishing industry works, but there are just a handfull of actual makers of these reels and out of some SAME assembly lines you will have up to 4 DIFFERENT BRAND NAMES possibly! We strive to only sell quality items, but instead of looking at the BRAND, you might want to check out the MODEL and see how it is getting reviews. This is just some insite and some truth, and for the retailer like us, we make just pennys on the dollar and if we were in it for the money, we would have quit before we began!
Our Philosophy As long as we are not LOSING money on getting you an item or making a sale then we are HAPPY to do business with you. We only ask that you do not turn a good deal into a STEAL or take advantge of fellow fishermen who have the "hook-up" on this tackle and are giving it to you for right at our costs plus shipping/processing fees, and HOPEFULLY enough to feed us! You might think thats silly, but it is the truth, and the records of profits and sales can PROVE this to be the 100% truth.
