Our Goal :
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We do accept returns if item is damaged or not properly working when received. This is a very rare occasion, but if it does occur, please call us immediately and send us the product for a full refund. If you want to just have the original product replaced or fixed, then you also have the option of sending it to the manufacturer for repair. All items do come with the full manufacturers warranty.

Returns in Detail :
We, as all companies, lose money on returns. It actually COSTS us to process your orders and accept credit cards. It also COSTS us to refund. We do enforce a 15% restocking fee on items that are returned for "change of mind", "buyers remorse" or the classic "my wife got mad". We just don't have the profit to cover these losses. Any return shipping will be paid by the buyer (^{_{this is EVERY stores policy}}). Nor do we pay for the shipping to you on product you have "decided against" after shipping. We would love to be a "try before you buy" company, but most of those have closed their doors as they have figured out the HARD WAY that it is a losing concept and unrealistic. We ask that only realistic, responsible, and somewhat patient fisherman shop with us. If you are vulgar, hateful, or just looking to create chaos at our expense....we ask that you please refrain from ordering from us. There is a difference between a Customer and a Crook! A customer is a patron who makes a legal agreement to receive the products requested at the agreed price. A Crook is a customer who picks a company apart, complains about everything, creates a loss for us and has unrealistic expectations, who will stop at nothing to get their way regardless of how much it costs us. Some people are not satisfied saving a lot of money, but instead would find fault in "something, anything" and spend hours complaining of it instead of being grateful for getting items at a wholesale costs delivered right to their front door and not even have pay taxes!

Cancellations and Harassment:
We look for the positive in people and hope you have a positive experience. We work very hard to keep prices low, and do not appreciate a troublesome encounter. We will simply cancel your order and have you harass someone else, but pay full retail when doing it. We don't make enough money to deal with people being obnoxious. We are proudly family owned and operated. We are just fisherman like you doing the best we can to supply our fellow fisherman with the best gear at the lowest prices possible without losing money.

Chargebacks :
All customers who perform a "blind" chargeback, and contest charges illegally without trying to resolve the issue with us will be prosecuted for theft as well as be responsible for any losses incurred to our company due to merchant account suspension, chargeback fees, or losses incurred as a result of your chargeback. This is a VERY VERY rare occurrence, yet is a legal policy and needs to be known to those trying to "get something for nothing", or who have decided they can possibly get out of paying for items. Chargebacks are a very ugly thing and we do not tolerate them. They are very costly to us and these situations will be turned over to a collection agency or claims court at the "buyers" expense. It is a shame we have scandalous people like that out there, but there are a few.
