This is a very smooth and high quality reel, especially for the price. The only complaint I have is the brake system. It's not the centrifugal pin system, and tends to get a backlash or two if you are using any light lures/ tackle, or if you just aren't in tune to how the reel handles. If you are just pitching/ flipping, or have heavier baits to cast, then this is a simply fantastic reel for a really good price. High quality and very very smooth operation.
