     Where do you ship to?
    We will ship pretty much world-wide. But we do not accept foreign types of money unless it is electronically converted to US american dollars. We are sorry but we do not ship to Africa or Central America. As of Oct 6th 2008 - All international orders accepted will ONLY be shipped via USPS PRIORITY SERVICE if payment is made by PayPal. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel is a threat or liability to our company.

     How long does it take to get my stuff once i order it?
    We normally ship all packages by UPS Ground or USPS. But other methods of shipment are available. For overseas orders please see FAQS below. Please use common sense, and do not wait 3 days before a tournament, then place order on a friday at closing time, select ground shipping and expect item to be at your doorstep on Monday or Tuesday in New Jersey or wherever. This is impossible for any retailer. In such situations we highly recommend buying at a local store or planning ahead next time. We ask that you alllow us 5 business days to process the order and verify all CC info as well as inspect and package your item very well. We also ask that you allow up to 6 business days delivery as UPS gorund would normally take. We understand that this is not the fastest shipping time online, but we assure you that most orders are delivered much quicker than that, yet some will take longer depending on item availability, walk-in store business, and our current order load. Please show a little patience as we carefully and securely process your transaction. If you are not this patient then we can probably go ahead and tell you that new gear is not going to improve your game whatsoever, and that you probably need more patience as opposed to more gear to improve your game. If a special circumstance arrives, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do ALL we can to accomidate your requests.

     What if I want something, but i don't see it, or cant find it on your website?
    Chances are we do cary it or can get it for you. We will do all in our power to bring you the products you want and deserve for the lowest possible price. Please use the form on the site to request pricing for any fishing, hunting, or marine product you see on anyones site or walk-in store. Please be sure to include the correct model number.

     What about returns?
    We accept return if the products are defective when received. If you have a special reason for needing to return an item, just give us a call. We are pretty easy going with returns and just let us know why you are needing to return the product. We do have a restocking fee on some items as we are charged processing fees to accept your order and process the credit card. We are also charged to issue a refund. Our profit is very very small, and we run a risk of losing more money over a return than we the potential profit from the product sale. As long as your order has not been placed in the "COMPLETE" stage of the orde, then there is never an issue on an instant cancellation. We were very relaxed on our return policy and we have literally been "hung up to dry" by several people. 99% of our customers are great, but we can not take a loss over a persons impatience or "because my wife got mad". It's just not fair to us. Please make an educated purchase. If you need help with anything...JUST ASK. We are more than happy to help you all we can.      Do you sell to other resellers or other stores?
    We do sell to other stores. We supply several retailers in Europe. Most prices shown are the lowest possible selling price, but some brands we do own and wholesale. We own the following USA branches of the following companies : Tomman USA, Revelation Reels, AJiKing Fishing USA, XPUYA Rod Builders US, & Fire Eagle Hook Co. North America. We are in the process of buying several other companies and are growing at a very rapid pace. We are US Wholesalers for FLADEN and Grauvell also.      Can I get a better deal on any of these items?
    Most of our prices are as low as they can possibly go without costing us to sell them.      Who do I call to ask a question about a product or place an order?
    You can call us anytime. Our walk-in store's spring business hours are from 12 to 4:30 central standard time. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday. Hours sometime vary dependent upon business and fishing events. Please do not get irate if you are calling outside of business hours and your call is not answered. We can not possibly be here 24/7 waiting for the phone to ring. We will always do our best to return your call promptly if we are unalbe to answer your call. You may also send us an email with a question and a member of our staff will contact you back as quickly as possible. We keep prices low by having a small staff, and running a very fast paced enviornment. We all pitch in to help get orders out. We can not perform miracles and if you want something instantly, then we will always advise to pay full retail and walk-in respected retailers to make your selection.

     How much is shipping to AU or Spain, or Canada, UK, etc..?
    Shipping is usually as followed : USPS in USA - 1 reel or small item = about 7 to 11.00 + each reel after about 1.00 more USPS to Canada - 1 reel or small item = about 7 to 19.00 + each reel after about 2.00 more USPS to Australia - 1 reel or small item = about 25 to 33.00 + each reel after about 4.00 more USPS to Spain - 1 reel or small item = about 25 to 30.00 + each reel after about 5.00 more USPS to UK - 1 reel or small item = about 18 to 29.00 + each reel after about 5.00 more 4.5% Credit card processing fee added to all international orders due to a very high rate of processing fee for International orders. PayPal orders will ONLY be shipped via USPS PRIORITY service. We also reserve the option to require signature for a $10.00 additional fee if we feel the delivery is a risk or looks to be possible fraud. International Criminal cases will be filed in this case by our company attorneys.

    No. We never sell addresses or any type of marketing information to anyone. If you sign up for the mailing list you will recieve an email flyer about once a month just telling you of some specials we are running for our subscribers or for the upcoming month. But no, we do not bomb you with junk mail or spam.

     What if i buy something but it is not what i though it was?
    If the item has not been used, just send it back, we will glady exchange it. We understand that we all make errors at times. We are pretty easy with returns, but please do not abuse our policy. We will induce a 15% restocking fee on items returned at times because we get a 3.9% finance charge on all credit cards, plus 3.9% finance charge to issue you a credit. Understand that on a larger order (like $800.00) we could take a 100.00 loss simply from the finance charges and shipping if a customer decides to retun the item because "my wife got mad" or "found it 1.00 cheaper elsewhere". We run a VERY low profit margin and can not accept a loss on any order. We make a very minimal profit and on the average it is less than 9%. We would have to sell over a thousand dollars worth of items just to cover the loss for ones indecisiveness. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep costs low. Example : Customer buys 650.00 reel. Decides he doesn't like the color tint or somthing, and wants to return it... Customer returns it and wants full refund and states he barely used it. We take about a $60.00 LOSS on the order....-25.35 for accepting order (CC Processing fees) then -12.00 on shipping to customer (just a guess), then -25.35 again to process a full refund to the customer (CC Processing fees). The reality is, we probably only had about a 50.00 mark-up on the item to start with. We have now taken a 60.00 loss! Please do not place fake orders or do this to us. We will glady exchange items, but when we are demanded to give a full refund on an item a customer has "changed their minds" about, it makes it impossible for us to be a discount seller. We do not have the profit the large chain stores have that make a large profit on each item. Please work with us, and we can be your best friend in the tackle trade business.

     What if i saw an item on another site and it was 60.00 cheaper than yours?
    Sometimes this will be true, but sometimes a company will take a loss on a single item to get you to hopefully buy other items that they can really profit from. Other times we would suggest to check their shipping and make sure they are not going to charge you an extra 50.00 to ship it. We are constantly checking prices and think we are pretty safe saying that we are the cheapest online for all your higher-end, high quality products. Also look up the sites address. You will be very suprised to see on google maps a residential address for the "HUGE STORE" you thought you were buying from. The "FOR FISHERMAN, BY FISHERMAN" is a bunch of garbage. You can easily google these addresses to the other sites who claim this and see that they are NOTHING MORE THAN SOME INDIVIDUAL SELLING REFURBISHED ITEMS OUT OF HIS GARAGE!!! Look for yourself....We are being completely honest, and do not forget that NO warranties will be valid with the cruel and deceptive individuals who pose as real stores online. WE ARE A REAL STORE AND AUTHORIZED DEALER (PRO SHOP STATUS) OF EVERY ITEM ON OUR SITE. WE ARE RESPECTED IN THE US MARKET AND RECOGNIZED AS A PRO CENTER FOR EVERY BRAND WE SELL.

    Some items are "MAP" meaning manufacturer advertised price. This means that we have to have a certain price beside the product. Just call us to see if we can sell the "set" priced high-end items for a better price.

    Make sure you have no spaces in it, and make sure you enter it in the correct box. The last (bottom) box on the payment type / special instructions page is where it goes. If it still doesn't work, just call us. Computers make mistakes too. =)

     I am from another country and want to know the shipping cost to deliver.
    There is no way to give you the lowest rate of shipping without having the exact address of delivery and the exact weight of the items with packaging. Also note that all international orders will induce a 4.5% credit card or Paypal processing fee as our rates are astronomical for international orders. Please note that any order that does not pay for shipping will not be shipped. If items are shipped in good faith and payment not recieved from customer will result in criminal charges for theft as well as turning over the amount owed to an international credit agency.

     When an item says "Free Shipping" does that mean free shipping worldwide?
    No we can not possibly ship free worldwide. When we sell a reel for $40.00 and the profit is just about $3.00, we can not pay 25.00 to ship it to the customer overseas. Free shipping will be only for continental US residents. We will of course add the shipping charges to international orders for exact amount the USPS charges to deliver the items if you are located out of the continental USA. Note : a few items are free shipping worldwide, but they will be noted on that item listing.

     I saw a TICA rod or reel on another site for a lot cheaper, but they said it would take a while to get.
    Please be aware that our products are US versions! Many dealers will rip you off with cheap malaysian TICA or Shimano products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEY THEY ARE JUNK!! Understand that we an authorized dealer of our products and anyone offering you items that are a lot cheaper are either stolen of a knock-off malaysian made pieces of junk. Buyers beware of these sellers.

     I bought a bunch of stuff, and now want to cancel my order.
    If your order is still in "NEW" status there is no problem. But if it is in "COMPLETE" or "SHIPPED" status, we must charge a 15% restocking fee on the merchandise minus shipping. We pay employees to pick, pull, and package orders, and if we have paid them to do this for your order, the employees still have to be paid. This is very common among retailers and wholesalers. We get hit with 3.9% credit card processing fees for taking payment as well as issueing a credit. We can not take a loss and keep prices this low. Every company we buy from has this policy. The only companies who do not, are making so much money off of you, they don't care!

     I saw a Penn Reel on sale for $20.00 and I want you to match the price.
    Sorry. Common sense will need to be used when doing price matching. We do not match prices on items sold from and individual, or an auction sites that specializes in quetionalbe goods. Please understand that those items have no warranty either. Some people or companies actually lie and put a great price on one product (like a Penn reel for 20.00), as a marketing technique. They will use the items to have have you browse their site in hopes of finding other items that are priced as cheap. The reality is that they claim to be "Sold Out" of that item, but would love to sell you something else. It is a VERY dishonest marketing technique that does not qualify for our price match as the product never really existed. The advertiser just wanted you to think they sell items for very cheap. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR SITES. The practice is actually against the law in many states.

     Why do some items say "add to cart to see sale price?"
    Legally, a manufacturer can force a retailer to show only a certain price beside their item. It is also known as MAP. (see FAQS above for info.) After many hours of deliberation and frustration and attempting the "call for lowest price" method...We created this new way to not have to call for pricing, and get the lowest pricing instantly. The LOWWW prices will only appear in the shopping cart. This is the only way we do this without upsetting or "advertising" a price that is too low in the manufacturers opinion. The savings are tremendous!!

     Once again...What is the policy for international orders?
    We charge the exact amount of shipping when the item ships. We will also add a 4.5% processing fee for the order total plus the cost of exact amount of shipping. We get charged over 5% processing fee for all charges made to our company from another country and this includes paypal payments. We are sorry, but please realize that we only have about an 8 to 15% mark-up on all items. The prices are actually lower than many distributors prices on most items. And we are an authorized dealer of all items, unlike many "Junk" immitation mom and pop shops that sell out of their house and off a website. We are a stocking dealer with a beautiful walk-in store.

     What happens if you ship to my country and package is lost or my government wont let me have it?
    We can not and will not be held responsible for packages that are lost overseas. We encourage all customers to insure the packages, and make sure they are not going to have problems with customs or their governments before placing an order. We have a very low mark-up on all items and can not replace your items because somebody steals your package or it gets lost during a 10,000 mile trip. The chances of this are slim, but please se sensible and responsible when ordering. If we perform our job and ship your items out, we will not be held responsible for something abnormal happening becasue your location is in another country or you government officials decides they want your items for themselves. Though the risk is very slim, it is there. As of October 6th 2008 - We will only ship PayPal orders via USPS Priority Mail, and orders are subject to an additinal $10.00 signature requirement fee if we deem the order to be a high-risk to our company. Sorry we have to be like this but we get about 4 to 8 fraudulant and scandelous orders a week. It is a shame the honest guys have to suffer because of these type of cyberfilt creeps.

     Why do I have to pay for items and shipping before you ship to me?
    We tried to ship the products, then bill the exact charge when shipping is due, but now we have to recieve the funds first due to people who try to pull scams and have taken us for thousands of dollars.      One more time... I ordered a reel and now have an invoice for shipping charges, why do I have to pay shipping?
    All international orders are subject to shipping. We do our best to get you the largest selection of products, and offer the lowest prices, but lets look at this example... We buy a reel from the manufacturer for 100.00USD, we then price it 110.00 to you. We make 10.00 for selling the item. We instantly lose almost 5% on credit card processing fees, then we have to pay to ship the item to you. If it cost 20.00 to ship to you, we would lose about 15.00 on each order. The prices are very low and you must understand that the profit is very small. Please do not expect us to pay for international shipping unless the item is maked : FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. We do our best to keep prices low, but please do not be suprised or shocked when you are asked to pay for the shipping charges to you. This should be common sense and we hope you understand and take advantage of the savings, but please do not expect the world or expect us to take a loss for us to get you your items. We run on bare minimum profit and will no longer ship internationally if we can not get cooperation on this policy.

    Some of the specs WE OURSELVES do not understand completely. We translated them the best we could. There is a small chart below here that will better explain the line capacity charts and more. Please note that due to the US Dollars falling value, we now add an additional 10% charge of total order to all reels labeled JDM. This does not effect every special import item, but does effect item marked JDM in the name title. We offer these reels due to numerous requests, but have found that after paying taxes and conversion fees, it was found to be a loss to our company.

     I sent you an email and never heard back? Why?
    You have to provide a valid email adress. If you just enter your name, or some email that does not exist or that is not real, then you will not get a reply. Or if you send an email that just sayes : where is my order? or how much to ship? then we can not possibly read your mind and know who you are, what you are buying, or where you live. We answer emails back very quickly, but understand that you have to provide us with enought information to work with and provide a valid email address. Also, we do not give shipping quotes for international orders, please see the tab for interantional order questions, and see the Faqs above.     We have addressed all fees and add on charges in the FAQS above. We do not want to have any fee or charge anyone would think to be hidden. One more time..... 3.9% Credit card processing / or Paypal fee for International orders orders ONLY. NOT USA orders..... No free shipping outside of the continental United States unless the item is marked "FREE WORDWIDE SHIPPING"..... Shipping is exact amount of shipping cost we pay + 4.5% credit card processing on International orders..... 15% Restocking fee if item is in "COMPLETE" or "SHIPPED" status and is canceled for any reason other than factory defect when arriving..... 10% SPECIAL IMPORT fee for all item marked "JDM" in the item title. Order changes after reception due to error in ordering on the customers part will be subject to the customer covering the costs of shipping the return back to us, and us shipping them their new desired selection of items. We are as fair as possible and treat our customers the way we would like to be treated. We offer very competitive prices and make less than 10% profit on most all items. If you feel you should be charged these fees or feel you are not willing to have integrity and accept your order as your bond of agreement to these terms then we strongly suggest that you do not shop with us.     Please understand that we are a DISCOUNT seller. We operate on an overall profit rate of less than 8% on these items after the credit card companys take their fees. We can not offer you services that do not exist with ANY company out there. We do our best to answer all calls and all emails. If we hire more help to work on saturday nights at midnight to answer our calls and pack your orders, then the cost of the items will increase. We are trying to offer DISCOUNT prices on great product from an AUTHORIZED DEALER....please know that we can not possibly be open 24/7 or have 50 phone lines to anwser every call. Please use common sense and do not get upset if you order a JDM import reel on a sunday morning and do not get tracking information mailed to you instantly. Certain items are special imports and are not stocked. Also weather a company will admit to you or not...returns COST MONEY. We do not allow returns on special imports and will not refund your money because you decided to not get somehting we have ordered from Europe and paid for to be built for you.      What if I do a chargeback?
    Sorry, we have been hit one too many times by these "chargebacks", and refuse to go out of business or not be able to pay employees because a person decided they are 'tired of waiting', 'found the items locally', 'wife got mad' or had unrealistic expectations on our company or an item in general. We prosecute these as theft instantly through a third party. Any loss or fine incurred by our company will be added to the charges filed. Any further loss incurred by our company will be turned over to a collections agency along with a police report to our local police department and the local department of the order origin. All chargebacks are treated very seriously, and as we get charged a HUGE amount in fines, fees, and pentalties (as well as get blacklisted as a merchant, meaning our business closes and can not accept payments or make refunds), we will induce and enforce a fine of at least $1000.00 USD to the person initiating the chargeback per chargeback. This includes chargebacks that are even for less than $50.00 USD. A chargeback is to file a felony crimnal offense on us, and is not minor or 'petty' incident. A single chargeback in a weeks time can result in thousands of dollars of loss as well as suspension of our merchant accounts as a business. We are an honest merchant and ignorance of policy and terms of sale as stated very clearly in the FAQS section and throughout the site will not be a ligitimate excuse. Please understand that we want to do business with all potential customers, but will do not look at a person as a "customer" who causes us to lose thousands of dollars when conducting "business" with us. Any wholesale order is final and under no cirumstances will we isssue a cash / credit refund for orders made by other vendors or stores in hopes of reselling or marketing online or in a storefront themselves. We have been in business for years and no company offers this service. Finally, if you do create a loss or suspension in our merchant acccount weather you feel it valid or invalid, we furtherwarn that we may deem the loss at a total determined by our accountant and owners of an amount not less than 800,000.00USD. If you find this policy ridiculous, then we urge you shop elsewere as the only person who would find this ridiculous would be the one who had intentions of stealing from us. 99.5% of all transactions are sucessful, and overall we have a very happy and honest customer base. However, we 1 or 2 'bad apples' who are looking to scam our family's business make this above policy necessary. We are sorry if it feels or appears to be threatening to any loyal or potential customer who is looking to do honest business with our company. This is not our intention by any means. We love our customers and do not mind selling items for the price we get them for to the pubic. But when lare losses on our end are associated with conducting 'business' with anyone, then we strongly urge them to please take that type of business to another vendor.

     What if I just simply bought the wrong item?
    It's understandable. It happens. If it's used, just call the manufacturer and tell them you are not happy with the quality and usually they will make it right with you. If it is unused, we will accept your return in exchange for another product Shipping will be paid for by the constomer on both ends. We are sorry vut we just do not make enough money to pay for shipping costs. We are sorry that you made a mistake when ordering, but it can not be at our expense. We make just enough to keep the doors open, and really want to hook you up, please understand this.

     What if if I am very impatient, and not only want these items at your low sale price, but also want to call daily, send countless emails, and throw a public fit over your policies becase they are not the way I personally want?
    Please, if you are anything like this, (most of our customers are NOT like this) then we really doubt that buying better gear would help your fishing game.
