The name All-American Outdoors has become one of the most trusted names in the online fishing industry as well as known as the confirmed "World's LARGEST Selection of Fishing Reels" for years now. The name will possibly change as the company has changed. For 6 months the store was operating as a walk-in store only and we understand that many of our loyal online customers who do not have the luxury of living in our area are upset at this and for this we do apologize. We know it is hard to find a trustworthy Authorized Tackle Dealer online where it seems to be flooded with 'garage sale / closet dealers' that claim to be real stores. It is not fair that the public take chances dealing with such shady operations but as we all know....there is no way to get rid of them, and that they will have to answer to somebody someday for their actions and practices.

We want you to rest assured that as we update our selection, weed out poorer selling/performing products, and add new 2010/2011 products, that we will do all we can to accept orders online on a limited basis to the best of our ability. The former staff was a great crew yet lacked the resources to keep their idea and dream of giving fellow fishermen products at prices that were just enough to keep the doors open and feed the family, yet not go under due to a few 'bad apples' of fishermen (internet thieves) that hit them for just about everything they had. We will install extra security measures to make sure the scandalous activities by thieves who pose as fellow fisherman to only try to steal from people, will not happen.

Please do not be offended if your orders run a little late in shipping, and you get calls from our staff to confirm your order, address, location of shipping and other security based practices to ensure the safety of our company as well as our customers and actual cardholders.

Any problem that can not be resolved via email or chat should be resolved by certified mail to us, or we are left to think the worst and that the entire order was a planned scam. Though this would be a rare case, if this does get to a level of inability to come to terms with each other over an order or backorder issue, then please understand that we are left with no other option but to assume theft or a planned scheme to harm our company.

We want all customers to be happy with their items and recommend this site for intermediate to advanced internet users who research the products well before buying or pressing the 'buy it now' button on the site. This helps keep prices low, returns low, and cancellations almost non-existent. We all want low prices and to keep them low, we must work together on this. The less employees on this end, the lower the prices, the less operators and communications agents on this end, the lower the prices. Also, most importantly, the less returns, stop payments, panics, and cancellations - the lower the prices. It takes the work and cooperation of ALL for this to work.
