These are the rough estimates on shipping. No International shipping is exact until it is taken to the post office, weighed, measured, and entered in its exact destination location. All international orders are set on a shipping method that will be calculated when item is ready to be shipped. The shipping will be an additional charge after items have shipped. International shipping is done by USPS and we will only charge the exact amount that will be stamped to your box. Most packages are declared at the wholesale costs to avoid heavy taxation from certain countries. And 95% of our customers report not having to pay any import taxes with USPS being our shipping method.
As of June 2008, we have added a 3.9% charge on total order amount with shipping to all International orders, as we (as a business) incur over a 5% finance charge from the credit card companies and over 5% through Paypal. Without implimenting this fee, there is a loss and we can not pay the customer to take the items. We are a business and though we have less than an 8% mark-up on most items over wholesale, we can not be expected to lose money in order for interntational customers to get their items. There is much paperwork and preparations used for International orders. Please understand the situation, and know that we will do all we can to get you the best deal possible on shipping and make your shopping experience a pleasure and our ultimate goal is long term business, and not a one time sale.
